Pre-matched WBEs with current certificates and veteran owned businesses individually pitch for contracting opportunities to procurement representatives from three corporate/government buyers and buyer primes with similar needs. The appointments will be held in 15-minute increments with a 5-minute break between appointments.
The total number of appointments given to any WBE or veteran owned business supplier is a function of how well that supplier meets the product and service needs of the registered buyer representatives. Although we will do our best to arrange matches for every Pitch Connections registrant, we cannot guarantee that each registrant will be matched. The registration fee will not be refunded in whole or in part if we are not able to match a registrant or the registrant receives only a few matches.
Anyone interested in participating in Pitch Connections (3:1) must no later than July 21, 2017 formally register for the full day of WBDC2:Connect & Celebrate and complete the additional registration form for Pitch Connections (3:1) below.
Informal meetings during which women, minority, and veteran business owners can market their products and services to mid-market business buyers at hosted tables and explore future business opportunities and collaborations.
